Before using the equipment
Walk around the machine before beginning your rental and take clear photos from multiple angles. Document anything you notice before use.
- Front and rear Capture a clear overall view of both ends of the machine.
- Both sides Take a full side view from the left and right.
- Existing marks or damage Take close-up photos of anything you notice before use.
Before equipment pickup
Repeat the same photos after the job is complete and before the equipment is collected so the final condition is documented.
