01

Payment

Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Tool Box LLC. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method provided by Tool Box LLC.

02

Equipment Condition & Maintenance

Equipment is inspected and maintained to support safe and reliable operation. The customer should inspect the equipment upon receipt and promptly report any apparent damage, malfunction, or concern.

03

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered or received until it is returned to or collected by Tool Box LLC. The customer is responsible for reasonable care, proper operation, and securing the equipment against theft, loss, misuse, or unauthorized use.

04

Proper Equipment Selection

The customer is responsible for determining whether the selected equipment is appropriate for the intended job, work site, operating conditions, and application. Tool Box LLC does not guarantee that equipment will be suitable for a customer's specific purpose or project requirements.

No refund or credit will be issued solely because properly functioning equipment does not meet the customer's expectations or intended use.

05

Authorized & Safe Operation

Equipment must be operated only by persons who are qualified, properly trained, and legally permitted to operate the applicable equipment. The customer is responsible for following manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, applicable laws, and work-site regulations.

06

Damage, Loss & Theft

The customer is responsible for damage, loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or negligent operation occurring during the rental period, except for ordinary wear and tear or mechanical failure not caused by the customer. Charges may include reasonable repair or replacement costs.

07

Cleaning

Equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply when equipment is returned with excessive dirt, mud, concrete, paint, debris, or other materials requiring additional cleaning.

08

Keys, Toll Transponders & Accessories

Additional charges may apply for lost, damaged, or missing keys, toll transponders, attachments, accessories, or other items supplied with the equipment. The customer is also responsible for tolls or similar charges incurred during the rental period where applicable.

09

Fuel & Battery

Where applicable, equipment should be returned with the required fuel level or battery condition communicated at delivery. Additional fuel, charging, or service charges may apply when necessary.

10

Rental Period, Extensions & Late Returns

The equipment must be available for return or pickup at the agreed end of the rental period.

Rental extensions are subject to equipment availability and approval by Tool Box LLC. Customers should request an extension before the scheduled end of the rental.

Keeping equipment beyond the agreed rental period without an approved extension may result in additional rental charges.

11

Delivery & Pickup

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and a job site that can be safely and reasonably accessed for delivery and pickup.

Additional charges may apply when incorrect location information, inaccessible conditions, customer delays, or other circumstances outside Tool Box LLC's control result in additional transportation or waiting time.

12

Equipment Malfunction

If equipment experiences a mechanical problem during normal authorized use, the customer should stop using the equipment when continued operation could cause damage or create a safety risk and contact Tool Box LLC as soon as possible.

Tool Box LLC will determine the appropriate response, which may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement equipment when reasonably available, or an appropriate rental adjustment.

This provision does not apply to problems resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized operation, accident, improper application, or customer-caused damage.

13

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Any applicable cancellation charge will depend on the timing of the cancellation and whether delivery, transportation, preparation, or other rental-related costs have already been incurred.

14

Prohibited Use

Equipment may not be used unlawfully, recklessly, beyond its rated capacity, outside manufacturer operating limitations, or in a manner reasonably likely to cause injury or damage.

Equipment may not be transferred, subleased, or made available to another party without prior authorization from Tool Box LLC.

15

Accidents & Incidents

Any accident, theft, significant damage, or incident involving the equipment must be reported to Tool Box LLC as soon as reasonably possible. The customer is responsible for cooperating in providing information reasonably necessary to document the incident.

16

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation and accepting or using the equipment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Rental Terms & Conditions.
